How to Get a Roster from Zoom

Student Enrollment File	To monitor services and progress toward objectives, we need a data file that contains student information that is required for the accountability report. The file is to contain: School Name, Student Last Name, Student First Name, Student DOB, Student ID, Grade Level, LEP (Y/N), IEP (Y/N), Gender, Race, Ethnicity	Upload Enrollment Data	Initially

Events	Document any events that involve parents with the students, such as: Individual Student Planning reviews Tutoring ACT testings Meeting to review any type of ACT data (e.g., ACT, ACT Aspire, WorkKeys, etc.) STEM events STEM Course/Program College, career, or readiness information sent to families Financial Aid material sent to parents Financial Aid Event General counseling and advising College visits Student Sign In QR Code Face-to-Face Sign-in Sheets If you use a sign-in sheet for the face-to-face events, you need to mark Yes/No whether a parent attended with the student. If the event is virtual, please indicate on the roster whether parents attended with the students.	Log GEAR UP events here	Each Friday for the week.
